Considering a Centrifugal Compressor Rebuild?

IMG_2438

When downtime becomes an issue, a centrifugal compressor rebuild is often the answer. Centrifugal compressor rebuilds should be completed by skilled technicians in order to improve performance and reduce downtime. A documentation process ensures that each rebuild is of the highest quality.

When your centrifuge breaks down, you’ll need a professional who can restore it to working order quickly. Multi-Craft Contractors can do all of this and more—rebuilding entire centrifuges and production lines, repairing or modifying electrical controls, restoring worn parts, and servicing old equipment that may be decades old. Whatever your centrifuge needs, you can rest assured that we can supply the solution.

Centrifugal Compressor Rebuild Services

At Multi-Craft, we offer centrifugal compressor rebuild services. We provide a complete process - from taking a measurement to ensure that the replacement is done correctly, to doing the work ourselves so we can ensure both safety and quality.

A look at a recent Centrifugal Compressor Rebuild Project

We recently had the pleasure of working on a centrifugal compressor rebuild for a company based in Missouri.

We installed new packing, bearings, seals, and oil/lube systems to upgrade the parts on the new compressor before installing it onto the plant's chiller that they wanted to have operational as soon as possible.

The plant was under remodel and was shut down, so we were able to get in and fix the issues with the chiller. The apprentice technicians on the job received important training as well during this process. We reinstalled the chiller on-site, tested it, and got it running again.

We Stand on our Reputation

We've built a strong reputation as the centrifuge rebuilder you can trust. We take great pride in providing you with quality centrifuges that operate as originally designed. Our thorough, detail-oriented approach to every reconversion will ensure your centrifuge operates at peak efficiency. We'll also clean and repair your frame, casing, and any other centrifuge parts we don't rebuild. And we'll test your centrifuge prior to its return to ensure a safe return to operation.

When Rebuilding Your Centrifugal Compressor, We Will:

  • Restore parts to the original manufacturer’s specifications
  • Replace bearings, seals, and bolts
  • Rebuild gearboxes and drive assemblies
  • Reassemble your centrifuge
  • Repair frames and casing assemblies
  • Repair or modify electrical controls
  • Test run your centrifuge
