MCC University (MCCU) provides employees opportunities for continuous career growth through technical, functional, business, and leadership courses.
Through MCCU, employees have access to instructor-led courses in traditional classrooms or through video distance learning. A wide range of subjects, including project management, sales, strategic planning, communications, team building, computer skills, time management, finance, diversity, and ethics are available for all disciplines and career levels. Multi-Craft Contractors is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Researching (NCCER) to grant continuing education units (CEUs) and portable credentials needed for professional certifications.
